Coach Padgett has been a character coach with football for 7 years and this is his first year at Evans. He has also served as character coach with Track and Varsity Basketball at varies schools in the Augusta area. He also serves on staff at Warren Baptist Church as Pastor to Families and Net Gen and has been in local church ministry for over 22 years. Shane has been married to his wife for 17 years and has 3 children. In his free time, you can catch Coach Padgett in a boat fishing, in the gym working out, or traveling the southeast speaking with young people.
