Barrett Davis
Head Coach/Outside Linebackers Coach
Coach Davis is starting his 2nd season as the Head Coach of Evans. His first season he guided the team to a 9-3 record, a “Sweet 16” appearance, and helped 5 players earn college scholarships. Coach Davis is a physical education/Weight Room Coordinator at Evans High. Prior to Evans, he served as Head Coach/Athletic Director at Southeast Bulloch High, where he compiled a 21-11 record, making playoffs each season, and bringing them their first region championship in 25 years. He has also served 4 years as a Defensive Coordinator at Lakeside, as well as linebackers coach at Burke County High, where he helped them to 4 region championships and a State Championship in 2011. Coach Davis has a B.S in Health and Physical Education, M. Ed in Kinesiology, and a Specialists Degree in Teaching and Learning, all from Georgia Southern University. While at Georgia Southern, he also played baseball for two years. While not on the football field, Coach Davis enjoys attending church, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He has been married to Toni Lynn Davis for 12 years and they have two sons, Jackson and Grayson.
