Coach Tyson is entering his 3rd season coaching football with Evans. He is currently a Strategic Analytics at the VA Hospital in Augusta. Coach Tyson has a B.S in Health Science from Howard University and a M.S. in Healthcare Administration- Leadership from Walden University. At Howard University, he played football and ran track for 4 years, set a school record for longest kick return, led the country in kick return yards in 2013, and a 3x pre-season All-American. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. Coach Tyson and his girlfriend have a son Aiden. In his free time Coach Tyson enjoys fishing, listening to music, and day trading in the stock market.
